1. What this platform is

Naija Predict is a free civic-education forecasting platform. Users predict the outcomes of Nigerian elections using Virtual Prediction Points. The platform is not a betting, gaming, lottery or wagering service.

2. Virtual Prediction Points

• Points are issued free of charge and cannot be purchased.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash, airtime, goods or services.
• Points are a scoring mechanism only. We may adjust, reset or expire point balances for fairness, error correction or abuse prevention.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. One account per person. Automated, duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.

4. Accuracy of political information

Election data is published by administrators from official or clearly cited sources. Content labelled DEMO DATA is placeholder content and must not be relied upon. Community Prediction percentages reflect user sentiment only; they are not opinion polls, betting odds or forecasts of official results.

5. Acceptable use

• No hate speech, incitement, ethnic or religious attacks, or harassment.
• No election disinformation or impersonation of officials or candidates.
• No attempts to trade, sell or monetise points or accounts.
• No scraping, automation or interference with platform integrity.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes political, legal, financial or investment advice. Predictions represent user opinion only.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform, including scoring rules, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time; points are forfeited on deletion and carry no compensation.
